JERUSALEM, July 7 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed on Monday night when a
home in Kfar Yaacov, near Tel Aviv, was destroyed in an explosion, Israel Radio
reported.
It is unclear as yet whether the explosion was due to a terror attack or an
accident.
Initial reports
suggested that a gas cylinder had exploded, but police
investigators found no evidence of gas leaks at the site.
The explosion follows a deadly blast last week in south Tel Aviv, when
seven people were killed by an exploding gas canister.
In May, a gas cylinder blast at a Tel Aviv restaurant left 32 people hurt,
one of them seriously. End
